As an individual you have 14 days / exchange right when you shop online. That means you can send back unused, undamaged goods unopened packaging / sealing / sealing within 14 days of your receipt of your package.

This instruction applies to all types of the return request. It is important that you fill in all the fields above the return form. Returns must be received within 14 days of being approved.

Upon return all products must be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories.
Remember to always send the product in the outer packaging to avoid damage to the original packaging.
